Disability is an umbrella term used to describe a group of people who are all so very unique that it is difficult to put into words. Given that this is the case many people choose to focus on what they’re unable to do rather than on what they can do. Perhaps this is because you feel that you’re labeled and identified by your disability, or no one has been there to guide you on a different path.

Our mission is to help create a shift in your perceived abilities. A shift cultivated through movement, resulting in improvements in pain and overall health. We will work together to help you find exercises and activities that you enjoy and enable you to get the most out of life.
